Overview
We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. We carefully check every
item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every
item arrives safely. Orders normally ship via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS within 1-2
days when in stock. Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and can take
a little longer. For your convenience, whenever we ship an order, we electronically
mail a shipping confirmation notice including the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number.
Shipping Limitations
- Free Shipping, when offered, is for ground service (unless otherwise specified) within the lower 48 states
only. It does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska PR or Canada.
- Free Shipping does NOT apply to some items, including, but not limited to, heavier
items or items requiring truck or tailgate delivery, or over-sized items.
- Center Aisle does NOT ship to International, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any
reason, under any circumstance.
- Center Aisle does NOT accommodate a personal pickup of the merchandise.
- Insurance for up to $100 is included for this item. You may wish to purchase additional
insurance to guarantee full replacement value above $100 in the event the package
is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- Items with free shipping have a shipping cost imputed in the total cost.
- Center Aisle does NOT refund shipping & insurance costs for any reason, under
any circumstance.
Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico
- Canada & Puerto Rico shipments require an additional shipping charge and a telephone
number for customs paperwork. You must include your telephone number.
- Center Aisle is NOT responsible for fees, taxes, tariffs and/or brokerage fees
associated with shipping product to Canada and Puerto Rico. UPS/FedEx charge a brokerage
fee to handle the paperwork, collect the taxes from you (C.O.D.) and remit the taxes
to your local government. You have the option of selecting your own customs broker.
Shipments other than Ground (Express, Overnight, Second day, Select, etc.)
- Center Aisle does NOT guarantee that an order received after 12:30PM (CST) will
be shipped that same day.

OF OUR CONTROL, OUR SHIPPING POLICY SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A GUARANTEE OR

Title and Risk of Loss
Title to items being purchased passes from us to you at the time of shipping. You
agree to take on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given
to us at the time of purchase. Center Aisle will not incur any forwarding costs
on shipments. Center Aisle will not be responsible for damages or delays resulting
from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo or other acts
or events outside of the reasonable control of Center Aisle.
